We have successfully completed key construction projects for Wrexham University, contributing to the development of their campus infrastructure. Our work included the installation of ground beams and the construction of a retaining wall, both critical to supporting new buildings and managing the structural demands of the site. The ground beams provide a stable foundation, while the retaining wall ensures effective land management and erosion control. These projects were executed with precision to meet the university’s high standards, enhancing the durability and functionality of the campus for future expansion and use.
Ground Beams
The project required precise engineering to ensure the structural integrity of the sports hall, which is partially embedded below ground level, as well as the surrounding college facility. By installing ground beams, we created a stable foundation capable of withstanding the load demands of a high-traffic sports complex. The retaining wall was essential for managing soil retention and supporting the underground structure, preventing soil erosion and lateral movement.
Retaining Wall
This approach not only supports the college’s ambitious design but also ensures a durable and secure environment for the students and athletes who will use the facility. Throughout the project, our team adhered to rigorous safety and quality standards, delivering a resilient foundation solution that aligns with the building’s long-term needs.
